Anne Munson, Nonprofit Veteran, Stars In ABC’s “What Would You Do” celebrates last night’s television debut of our accomplished nonprofit colleague and Major Gifts Ramp-Up Counselor Anne Munson. The promotional clip above provides a small glimpse of what turned out to be the highlight of the episode.

You won’t believe what people do when they think no one’s watching!

“What Would You Do?” is a hidden camera show that examines how people behave in situations that require them to either respond or mind their own business. Our own Anne Munson stars in this weeks episode and plays the role of a biased employer who openly discriminates against a job applicant, played by fellow actor Darrian McKinney.

During three separate horrifying scenes, Anne expresses displeasure with the candidate’s physical appearance within earshot of patrons eating lunch at a nearby table. These scenarios lead to candid and emotional responses by unsuspecting bystanders.

Once filming was over Anne insisted, “If you see me on ABC Sunday night DON’T FORGET I’M ACTING!” This episode was spectacular and wouldn’t have worked without Anne and Darrian’s talented performances. WATCH THIER ENTIRE SEGMENT TILL THE END (the finale is MUST-SEE-TV).

Darrian McKinny shared via Facebook that she kept last night’s appearance a secret from her children. Darrian posted, ” I grew up watching episodes of this show , and tonight I am on a episode For my daughter to see the preview of my segment during the commercial break and say “Mom, she looks just like you”, and do a double look and say “Wait, that is you! ” #BestFeelingEver It was a pleasure being on set with W. Kamau Bell and my co- star Anne Pettengill Munson you did an awesome job!”

“What Would You Do?,” is a hit hidden-camera series hosted by ABC News’ John Quiñones, and returned last night for a historic 16th season.

Congratulations Anne & Darrian! You were both a hit and from the looks of it, GOOD TIMES WERE HAD BY ALL!

We’re proud of our colleagues’ work within the nonprofit sector and now on television. Anne is a Major Gifts Ramp-Up Counselor with Development Systems International and is the Director of Development at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare Foundation.

Anne Munson, M.Ed., CNC has over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, higher education administration, and private industry. She began her professional career in higher education administration, spanning both large public and small private schools, and currently leads a human services nonprofit in Florida. Anne’s is a charter member of National Association of Nonprofit Organizations & Executives experience includes Organizational and Board Development; Community Advocacy and Public Relations; Fundraising and Grant Writing; Volunteer Services; Program and Event Development; Database and Website Management; Systems and Personnel Management; Marketing; and Corporate Relations. She has been nationally recognized in nonprofit association management for her work in education, certification, and membership development. Over the course of her career, Anne has managed organizations from with 100+ employees, coordinating the recruitment and services of 200+ volunteers. She has served as a community college adjunct faculty member, and as a trainer in leadership, technology, marketing, and sales.
