Dean Webb & Faith Farm Ministries – Meet America’s Strong CEO!

Dean Webb is a STRONG CEO. He’s the Executive Director of Faith Farm Ministries, a 66-Year-Old, 10 Month Residential Drug And Alcohol Addiction Recovery Program with three separate campuses in Boynton Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and Lake Okeechobee, FL. Dean joined Faith Farm’s staff in June 2007.  His prior experience included being a

stockbroker and researcher with Merrill Lynch followed by President of his own securities firm. He was acting President for Larry Burkett’s Christian Financial Concepts.

Why Is Dean Webb a Strong CEO?

Dean Webb is a spectacular example of what nonprofits need most, leaders who last a decade in their position and grow their organization’s financial capacity.

Dean Webb is a Strong CEO (NANOE)

In my book RE-IMAGINING PHILANTHROPY I point out that sustainable nonprofits are led by extraordinary executives (CEOs/Presidents/Executive Directors). These leaders possessed specific attitudes, beliefs, and skills sets. They also take personal responsibility for project implementation and outcomes. Enter Dean Webb. Don’t forget, Dean joined Faith-Farm right before worst down-turn in the economy since the great depression!

Here’s what he accomplished during that tumultuous period through today:

a. He built more capacity over ten-years than those ministries who indicated they stagnated or declined during the same time period.
b. He grew Faith Farm’s budget, programs, customers & donors, despite the recession.
c. He grew Faith Farm’s financial capacity regardless of the size his board.
d. He externalized Faith Farm’s mission for the purpose of revenue generation.
e. He developed board members who evaluate his performance and promoted HIS vision for Faith Farm.

You see, like Dean Webb, the greatest contribution we can make to the nonprofit sector is to do whatever it takes to attract, pay and empower great CEOs.

Dean is one of my great ministry heroes.

Sincerely Yours,

Jimmy LaRose

    Good morning,
I have recently taken a position as operations coordinator at a relatively new faith based drug and alcohol facility. Located in rural Woodbury TN. we have a small campus with about 12 -15 clients at any given time. In the last 3 months we have gained our not-for-profit status and begun an aggressive promotion campaign. This has proven to be tough with our current budget. I would greatly appreciate any help offered as we grow to carry Gods healing message.
    Sincerely, Dennis Mayhew

luckier to have Pete and Joe be assigned to me. They must be ROCK STARS at Faith Farm Ministries.
When excellence is afforded, it needs to be recognized and I feel that you need to know how impressed I was.
